Emily Cooper is a Senior Associate. Emily's focus is affordable housing for homeless people and people with disabilities. She works with non-profit agencies to troubleshoot and evaluate supportive housing programs and helps local and state governments develop and implement strategic plans to address the needs of vulnerable populations. She also provides customized trainings, develops comprehensive publications, and disseminates  information on housing policy.
Prior to joining TAC, Emily administered multiple service-enriched housing programs in Massachusetts for homeless and disabled persons, was a U.S. Public Health Service intern with the federal Center for Mental Health Services, and directly provided services for families and individuals living in shelters, inpatient facilities, and low-income housing.
