Francine Williams is a Senior Associate at TAC. She has 13 years of experience working to address the needs of people who are homeless and have serious mental illnesses. She has managed and coordinated federal TA, training, and knowledge dissemination activities for several homelessness, mental health and housing-related projects, and has co-authored several publications on evidence-based and promising practices in service delivery and housing for people who are homeless and have serious mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use disorders.
