Lisa Sloane is a Senior Associate at TAC. She focuses on the development and delivery of training curricula; creation of strategic housing plans and operations manuals; policy development; and individualized technical assistance. Prior to joining TAC, Lisa was the founder and principal of Sloane Associates, providing affordable housing and human services consultation specializing in housing programs and policies for persons with disabilities for organizations throughout New England. Lisa has coordinated the development of an Internet-accessible database that lists and tracks the availability of all accessible and adaptable rental housing in Massachusetts. She was also involved in a program that provides low-interest and deferred-payment loans for the modification of homes and apartments funded with state bond funds. Lisa has assisted Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) with Section 504 compliance, completing the PHA Needs Assessment, and ensuring compliance with the Section 8 tenant-based program requirements.
