TAC was founded in 1992 and is based in Boston, Massachusetts with an additional office in New Albany, Ohio.  TAC staff members are multi-disciplinary professionals with extensive public and non-profit sector experience in the fields of affordable housing, human services, homelessness, and health care.  In addition to in-house staff, TAC’s unique collaborative model includes the capacity of a nation-wide network of partner organizations and consultants who specialize in areas such as public mental health financing and service delivery, organizational development and management, and permanent supportive housing.

TAC’s Board of Directors
TAC’s Board of Directors serves in both governance and advisory roles.  TAC’s Board is representative of the diversity and interests included within TAC’s multi-disciplinary mission, and provides policy guidance and strategic advice to support TAC’s work with public and non-profit sector organizations.

TAC’s Staff
TAC’s multi-disciplinary professional staff bring a unique blend of professional expertise in public policy, administration and direct service delivery in health and human services as well as the full range of affordable and permanent supportive housing programs, policies, and practices.  Most of TAC’s staff also have extensive and successful experience as senior government officials responsible for the administration of public sector mental health, substance abuse, and affordable housing programs targeted to households with special needs.
