TAC Staff

TAC’s staff is divided into two areas: human services and housing & homelessness.  Each is competent in both areas; nevertheless, their close collaboration ensures a continuing integration of their state-of-the-art expertise.

Human Services Team:
TAC’s human services staff is dedicated to the development of sound public policy, efficient administration, and effective direct services that are measured by clear outcomes.  The team focuses on service systems that emphasize inclusion, integration, consumer choice, and community support.  TAC’s staff emphasizes system designs that anticipate evaluations, organizational changes, and consumer-involved planning tailored to local conditions: specific political, economic, and social circumstances.

Housing & Homelessness Team:
TAC’s housing and homelessness staff have extensive expertise in the development, financing, and implementation of affordable housing, permanent supportive housing, and related support services for vulnerable populations, including people with mental illness, people with developmental disabilities, and people with mobility impairments.  In conjunction with our national disability organization partners, TAC staff also play a leadership role in formulating progressive federal, state and local housing policies and strategies to expand community based and integrated housing for people with disabilities and people who are homeless.  TAC staff are unique in their ability to draw on this state-of-the-art knowledge and expertise to help tailor solutions and improve the response to the critical shortage of affordable housing for the poorest and most vulnerable households.
