MEA$URE UP: A Program Evaluation Training
McKinney/Vento Technical Assistance Training: MEA$URE UP
This is a customized training to Continuums of Care (CoCs) on how to use program evaluation techniques to help improve both a system of care and individual programs.  Instruction will also include an introduction to HUD’s logic model, including ways in which CoCs can use the logic model to assess both their system and individual programs.  This training is designed for CoC representatives who are involved with monitoring and/or data collection.  Topics covered in this training include:
  • HUD’s Policy Goals and Policy Priorities
  • Importance of program evaluation to a CoC
  • Program Evaluation Process
  • Logic Model instruction
  • Examples of completed logic models (Balance of State, Large City, Regional)
