TAC is committed to supporting the efforts of public managers and purchasers to successfully plan and implement the design, financing, and management of public sector human services for low-income and vulnerable populations. TAC has provided technical assistance and consultation to over 150 county or other local public authorities and more than 35 state behavioral health, human services and/or Medicaid authorities.

 

TAC also provides policy development, consultation, and technical assistance to help expand affordable housing and permanent supportive housing for people with disabilities, people who are homeless, and other households with special needs. TAC is also a nationally recognized leader in providing HUD Homeless Technical Assistance and VA Homeless Technical Assistance.

 

Since 1992, TAC has responded to hundreds of public agencies and non-profit organizations in virtually every state to help them improve the lives of vulnerable individuals and families.
