Through a subcontract with IBM Watson Health, TAC provided subject matter expertise and technical assistance (TA) to states participating in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicaid Innovation Accelerator Program (IAP) Community Integration through Long-Term Services and Supports program area. From 2015 to 2020, TAC planned and delivered TA to states participating in both the Tenancy Support Webinar Series and State Medicaid-Housing Agency Partnerships intensive tracks. TAC’s work included development of curricula, tools, and resources; coordinating and providing one-on-one facilitation, coaching support, and subject matter expertise to states; and developing nationally disseminated webinars and products, including the State Medicaid-Housing Agency Partnerships Toolkit.
