TAC consultants have assisted several states and large communities in designing flexible, innovative rapid rehousing models to respond to and mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in the homeless population. Examples of strategies include scaled RRH partnerships to quickly respond to disaster settings, shallow subsidies, and service-rich models for high acuity participants.
