In 2023 and in several previous years, TAC has worked with Rhode Island’s CoC to monitor each of its 30+ grants, with the goal of improving both performance and compliance. TAC consultants used a risk assessment tool and conducted both on-site monitoring visits and desk audits, making concrete recommendations for grant management and programmatic improvements.
