TAC has developed specialized rapid rehousing trainings for communities throughout the United States.
Through a contract with the state of California to help Continuums of Care strengthen their local homeless crisis response systems, TAC facilitated a six-part training to provide practitioners in Ventura with the skills and knowledge needed to implement their RRH programs in line with best practices.
In Long Island, NY, TAC conducted a two-day RRH workshop for leadership and frontline staff that included resources, discussion, and exercises on strategies to align programs as a system-wide intervention; trainers also introduced and explained several promising practices for frontline staff to utilize. The workshop focused on strategies in each of the three core components RRH: housing identification, financial assistance, and case management. Following each workshop, TAC facilitated a meeting with RRH leadership to reflect on its content and identify practices that could help their programs continue to improve.
TAC led a workshop in Dakota, MN to review the importance of data, review core components of RRH, and implement progressive engagement.
