Community Engagement and Buy-In

Reimagined systems, co-designed with stakeholders and community members, offer the potential to maximize impact, improve outcomes, reduce disparities, and achieve greater efficiency. A critical component of successful community engagement is shared decision-making, in which the system’s agents and the intended recipients of services co-create solutions with equal power and influence.

TAC has always prioritized community engagement, analyzing data to identify the root causes of inequities and helping systems and communities test potential strategies using Continuous Quality Improvement models.
