In 2022, TAC worked with HUD to develop the Primer on Affordable Housing Development and Key Funding Sources — a resource for community agencies, Continuums of Care, service providers, and other housing stakeholders looking to develop (or assist in the development of) affordable housing units in rural communities. The primer provides a high-level overview of the affordable housing development process, highlighting potential funding resources for each phase.
