Database of Vouchers for People with Disabilities

TAC maintains a comprehensive database of Housing Choice Vouchers targeted to people with disabilities and other special needs. This database is updated each time the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announces new funding awards. Note: On May 13, 2020, HUD announced that public housing agencies awarded Mainstream funds in 2018 and 2019 would receive a 30% increase in funding. Unit estimates will be added to the TAC Vouchers Database when available.

Focus Areas

Across the country, TAC provides expert technical assistance and consultation to support efforts by government agencies, providers, and other stakeholders to improve the lives of vulnerable populations. Our services are applied in Focus Areas that are critical to our clients and the priority populations they serve.

All of our services advance proven solutions to the housing and community-based support needs of low-income people with disabilities and people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

TAC works with funders and clients in every part of the country, contributing policy and subject matter expertise in five Focus Areas: Homelessness, Affordable Housing, Mental Health & Substance Use, Community Integration, and Medicaid.

Our Approach

The services TAC provides are always in response to the context of each client’s unique infrastructure, financial resources, and political environment. Services can be directed toward one particular area of need, or designed more comprehensively to address several related priorities.
