In 2020, TAC completed a thorough needs assessment that allowed the State of Mississippi both to update its Consolidated Plan, and to set specific targets and expected outcomes for services and programs that the state will fund with HOPWA dollars in the future. In order to complete the assessment, TAC compiled and analyzed information from a range of sources, including state and county epidemiological records, national housing and economic datasets, and information gathered from funders and providers of HIV/AIDS services in Mississippi.
