TAC has provided ongoing consultation since 2004 to ensure the development and sustainability of the state’s supportive housing pipeline, working with over 30 counties on aligning their strategic housing plans with the state’s vision for supportive housing and ensuring ongoing coordination with human service partners. TAC supports the state in the technical review of strategic reinvestment plans — including capital and subsidy requests for supportive housing investments — to ensure the sound and cost-effective investment of funds; project sustainability; compliance with federal funder requirements in housing initiatives and services funding; and the establishment of services and supports that mirror evidence-based practices.
