Since 2017, TAC has provided technical assistance to help the Boston (MA) Department of Neighborhood Development and local rapid rehousing (RRH) providers to stand up a system-wide, cross-agency landlord engagement collaborative. To reach this goal, TAC has helped create a centralized repository of landlord openings and minimum customer service standards for participating landlords; assisted with the development and implementation of management, structure, and membership requirements and roles in the collaborative; and helped with the planning and integration of income maximization services into the overall RRH package received by collaborative participants.
