For over a decade, TAC has assisted the City of Boston’s Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH)) with homeless system strategic planning, expanding innnovative interim and supportive housing opportunities, and addressing unsheltered homelessness. This has included development of a comprehensive long-term strategic plan, and assistance with the implementation of strategies to expand the supply of interim and supportive housing for homeless individuals and families. Most recently, TAC has worked with the City to transform large emergency shelters to improve exit rates and system flow.
