From 2016 to 2019, TAC was the lead technical assistance provider for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) State Medicaid and Housing-Related Services and Partnerships Innovation Accelerator Program, which assisted 16 states to 1) develop partnerships between their Medicaid and housing systems, and 2) create supportive housing opportunities for Medicaid beneficiaries. In 2019, TAC was also contracted to provide subject matter expertise and TA to examine state needs and strategies related to providing housing-related services and supports under Medicaid for individuals with substance use disorders; our work included facilitating an eight-state learning collaborative on the topic.
