TAC is under contract with the Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC) to oversee COVID-19 planning, program support and design, and development of policies and procedures for relief funds. TAC staff act as housing liaison for the COVID-19 disaster declaration and work with state, federal, and local agencies including the Department of Children and Family Services, the Louisiana Department of Health, the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Balance of State Continuum of Care, and local Continuum of Care agencies.
