In 2025, TAC was contracted by the Minnesota Department of Human Services to provide consultation in the development of a new Olmstead Plan. Our first task under the contract was to develop a best practices report on strategies and practices with demonstrated effectiveness in achieving equitable, positive community integration outcomes in education; employment; health & health care; home and community-based services; housing; positive supports; the prevention of abuse and neglect; and transportation. Our second task was to provide subject matter expertise to teams of state agencies and Inclusion Consultants (individuals living with disabilities) as they created new Olmstead Plan goals.
