Jennifer Ingle (she, her, hers) has 19 years of experience in the field of mental health service management and design. She first worked directly with persons with disabilities in case management and program management capacities with service providers, before shifting to work in policy design and evaluation for Medicaid programs. Ms. Ingle has expertise in stakeholder engagement; quality oversight and planning; and program evaluation and training. She has led work on state initiatives, evaluations, and quality improvement projects in programs for elders and people with disabilities, and helped managed care organizations in Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Virginia respond to requests for proposals to design long-term services and support systems for persons with disabilities. At TAC, Ms. Ingle’s focus is on mental health systems design and Medicaid programming, including work on Olmstead planning in several states. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.
