Careers

TAC offers a diverse and rewarding work environment, competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and, most importantly, the opportunity to make a difference.

TAC is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or Veteran status. Please go to TAC’s Racial Equity Statement to see TAC’s demonstrated commitment.

We are looking for people to join our team who have a range of experience and skills but who share our commitment to social justice, ending homelessness, and community integration for people with disabilities. Frequently cited statistics show that people from underrepresented groups apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. TAC encourages you to break that statistic and apply. No one ever meets 100% of the qualifications. We look forward to your application.
