TAC helped develop a statewide integrated supportive housing strategy for people with mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, Veterans and other high-need populations in Mississippi.
Under contract with HUD’s Office of Housing, TAC helps states funded through the 811 Project Rental Assistance program to identify needs, and develops individualized technical assistance plans.
TAC is under contract with the Louisiana Housing Corporation to oversee COVID-19 planning, program support and design, and development of policies and procedures for relief funds.
Under a state contract, TAC provided capacity-building assistance to help 24 mostly rural communities enhance their homeless crisis response systems.
TAC, under subcontract to the Center for Health Care Strategies, provides subject matter expertise to improve delivery of behavioral health services and supports to EPSDT-eligible children in Michigan with mental and behavioral disorders.
TAC has assisted states and communities in designing flexible, innovative rapid rehousing models to respond to and mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in the homeless population.
TAC has provided facilitation, technical assistance, a communications toolkit, and implementation support on this project to mitigate the opioid crisis in California’s AI/AN communities.
From initial planning through the challenges of implementation, TAC works with many communities that have received HUD Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) awards.
