Kai Reynolds (they, them, theirs, siya) has over four years of experience in the field of homelessness, housing insecurity, and housing justice. They have expertise in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) program, including regularly staffing the CoC national help desk and directly supporting communities with grants management and program implementation. Mx. Reynolds provides technical assistance to communities in their planning and implementation efforts to prevent and end youth homelessness through California’s Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention grant program and the HUD Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program.
