TAC worked with the Washington County Housing Authority to assist in the development of a 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness in Washington County, Oregon. As part of this work, TAC analyzed and summarized existing homelessness data and carried out complementary research into the patterns of homelessness in WA County, current unmet needs, and the feasibility of either funding new best practices or shifting existing resources to fund them. TAC also organized the 10 Year Plan’s working groups, oversaw the planning process, and wrote the final plan along with related marketing materials.
