Laura Conrad (she, her, hers) is an experienced behavioral health care leader with over 20 years of demonstrated experience in government administration and special expertise in child-serving systems. Prior to coming to TAC, Ms. Conrad worked for MassHealth, serving as the interim court compliance officer for Rosie D. v. Romney. She oversaw the seven Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) services and successfully developed and implemented an Applied Behavior Analysis service within a Medicaid space. Both programs equated to approximately $470 million dollars annually in services for youth ages zero to twenty. She worked collaboratively with the MassHealth Managed Care Entities to ensure services were delivered in ways that promoted quality and ensured access. Ms. Conrad also worked at the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families for 12 years, where she oversaw residential, group care, and contracted foster care services.
